Call Center Assistant
The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join its team of Customer Service.
Job purpose is to project a professional image of British Council and provide a high quality, welcoming and efficiently integrated enquiry service for the full range of the British Council’s English and Exams activities, product and services through the call centre. To meet customer Service Excellence standards in all contacts with customers.
Call Centre agents spend their shifts answering customers calls across a number of areas (Teaching Centre, Exams, programs, projects. etc), including answering enquiries, handling complaints, providing information and troubleshooting problems.
We are an equal opportunity employer and offer ongoing development and career opportunities as well as a stimulating working environment. We pay 390 JOD a month, plus 2 months bonus salary, medical insurance, social security and terminal gratuity. The working hours 38.75 per week. The annual leave is 24 working days, plus 14 days of public holiday.
